1. Who We Are

OnGravy Technologies Pvt Ltd ("OnGravy", "we", "us") provides financial management software for Indian chartered accountants and businesses. Registered in Goa, India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing OnGravy (web, WhatsApp, or mobile app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. What OnGravy Does

OnGravy is a financial operating system that helps CAs and businesses manage accounting, GST compliance, payroll, and banking. We do not provide legal or financial advice — all outputs are for informational purposes. Always verify critical filings with your CA.

4. Accounts and Access

  • →You must provide a valid WhatsApp number for authentication
  • →You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • →You must not share login credentials
  • →You must be 18+ to create an account
  • →Business accounts must be registered entities in India

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • →Use OnGravy for illegal activities
  • →Attempt to access other users' data
  • →Reverse-engineer or scrape the service
  • →Submit false or fraudulent data
  • →Use the service to evade taxes

6. Data and Privacy

  • →Your financial data belongs to you
  • →We store all data in India (Supabase, Mumbai ap-south-1)
  • →We do not sell your data to third parties

7. Subscription and Billing

  • →Free trial: 30 days, no card required
  • →Public launch: June 8, 2026 — billing begins for new sign-ups thereafter
  • →Founding CA rate: ₹1,999/month, locked forever
  • →Annual plans billed upfront, 2 months free
  • →Refund policy: 30-day full refund (see Refund Policy)
  • →We may change pricing for new customers with 30 days notice
  • →Founding CA rates are never increased

8. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance communicated 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third parties (WhatsApp, Razorpay, GST portal).

9. GST Filing Disclaimer

OnGravy automates GST filing based on data you provide. We are not responsible for errors from incorrect data entry. Always verify filings before submission. We hold no CA registration and do not practice as CAs.

10. Intellectual Property

OnGravy and its features are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software. Your data remains yours.

11. Limitation of Liability

OnGravy's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

  • →You can cancel anytime from settings
  • →We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • →On termination: you can export all your data for 90 days
  • →After 90 days: data is permanently deleted

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Goa, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We will notify you by WhatsApp and email of material changes 30 days before they take effect.
