30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, contact us and we will refund 100% of what you paid. This applies to all plans โ Startup, Business Owner, Tax Practitioner, Individual CA, NRI, and Enterprise.
How to Request a Refund

We process refunds within 5โ7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Cancellation
- โCancel anytime from Settings โ Subscription
- โYour access continues until the billing period ends
- โNo partial refunds for remaining period after 30 days
- โAnnual plans: refunded pro-rata within the 30-day window only
Founding CA Rate โ Important
If you cancel your Founding CA subscription and re-subscribe later, the founding rate (โน1,999/month) is no longer available. Standard pricing applies. We strongly recommend staying subscribed.
What Is Not Refunded
- โUsage after the 30-day window
- โSetup or onboarding fees (we don't charge these anyway)
- โThird-party costs (Razorpay fees โ typically nil for you)
Service Credits
In case of extended downtime (>4 hours in a single incident), we provide service credits automatically โ no need to request them.
